The England team only has the tradition and was never a football quality?

I am Brazilian and I think England have always only because the tradition of the 1966 world title, but yesterday I watched the match between Britain and Algeria, and the fact that English football is becoming more decadent. It is unfortunate that the big teams like England and France are the shadows that were in the past. Brazil won its sixth world championship in South Africa! (1958,1962,1970,1994,2002, 2010). I am Brazilian and I love Brazil!.
