What are mixed with Creole People?

I know Beyonce is Creole and her mother, she & both look black, white, and Spanish. What people are mixed with Creole? I was watching the Travel Channel & the guy said Africans, Indians, Spaniards & …….. Is this true?

They can be a combination of black, American Indian, French or Spanish. From what I read, Creole was first a reference to the line that came from the first settlements in Louisiana, back when Louisiana was a French territory. Now it's a reference people who are European, black, and part native American. However, I think there are people who are "mulatto" and are still considered as Creoles. You can also see the real white people look the darkest hair and eyes in Louisiana .. I think these peop Cajuns are mixed or creole. One thing is safe, the food is not beatable! Nothing more then some delicious Cajun Creole … Nothing like on the planet! Umm .. Yeah .. those who disagree that Creole includes the Spanish settlers, just Google …. You are wrong
