Critical Thinking-How the reliefs of the African continent affected political boundaries? – - – - - (1 point) – Give me some ideas, or answer the question, please. Most people in North Africa live north of the Sahara Desert, near the sea Meditereanean. If the Sahara was a grassland with rivers and forests, would it change where people in African countries North live? Why? – (1 point) Please respond, or give me some ideas. Thank you.

The Sahara Desert forms a boundary natural for many countries. In particular, it forms the northern border of West African states, and provides a limit for Egypt. The Atlas Mountains provide a border between Morocco and the rest of Africa. Beyond the natural limits have little to do with the current African political boundaries. This is because the colonial powers when they took Africa to limits in these natural boundaries deliberately divide people of same nationality. If the Sahara was a grassland, of course more people from North Africa live, thus reducing the population density the current state of North Africa.
