Do you think the african nation, Eritrea, has links to Terriost Organizations?

Recent new stories have said that America is considering putting Eritrea on the same list as North Korea, Iran, and other large countries that have known links to terrorist. Do you think Eritrea, who supported the opposition in Somalia as a proxy war to rival Ethiopia, is really a terrorist threat to America or do you think they did it to receive attention in the border war final binding decision w/Ethiopia that is being ignored by the UN, USA, etc?

Eritrea may or may not have any links to global terrorism. However, they do not constitute a clear, present danger to the US or its interests. This is merely to draw attention to their long-standing border dispute with Ethiopia.
